In this study, First, I confirmed definition and classification of a town house. Second, I checked them against Takato-ke-hontaku.Third, I looked over old town houses in the Kinki district in the early Edo period, and important cultural property(town houses)in the Chugoku district.Last, I compared them with Takato-ke-hontak.
