明確な目的と単純な手順を持つシステムのインタフェース設計 : オーブンレンジのインタフェースデザインを例に

The purpose of this study is to verify that which is more effective in the system interface design for clarity of objective and simple operation, procedure-based interface design or objective-based interface design. At first, 45 samples of microwave ovens were collected.Control panels of them were classfied three types, procedure-based interface, hybrid interface, objective-based interface. Three types of simulation models were made for the test. Models are evaluated by Fuzzy AHP and Protocol analysis is done.As a result, objective-based interface seems to be attractive interface because it promotes intuitive operation on users. However considering the result of this study, it can be said that procedure-based interface is more effective than objective-based interface.
