Kinetic typography is a method for dynamic character-based communication. It is proposed as a dynamic presentation of characters in English. Recently, Japanese version of kinetic typhography is reserched by several reserchres. In this paper, we present a method how to share same feelings, added a message, using scrolling speed of the message, based on basic fuzzy theory.
