Abstract
Activities of exchange in different industries are known as harmonization of different industries among the medium and small sized companies with no limit of business size or type. (1) Information exchange level for acquaintance. (2) Technology exchange level for utilization between mutual parties. (3) Join development and manufacture business level for common production. Therefore, it seem to be necessary to construct the most effective management resources by utilizing technology and service between companies through network at exchange in different industries, since it is difficult to maintain all effort in a sole company. The purpose of practical exchange in different industries shall be expressed in these cases.
