Abstract
The visually impaired person's becoming independent and living are important for the visually impaired person's QOL improvement. The cooking work in this is one of the life acts where big trouble for the visually impaired person is caused. In the early research (note 1), the kitchen design guideline that considers the visually impaired person is proposed. This proposal environment composition goods 'cooking utensil. cook space' based on visually impaired person demand trouble extract guideline propose.However, trouble from the aspect that is on an actual cooking site the connection of a variety of cooking work and along the content of user's characteristic and cooking and the dish and the cooking work exists.
