Abstract
This is the design project of industry-university cooperation that Takushoku University conducted with Buffalo Inc. We proposed that new product deployment and new brand deployment for new users. The brand of peripheral device of life "VARCO" treated the peripheral device of all the products about a life. The user of this brand differed from the user of Buffalo. The features of this brand were "the product which thought usage", and "deployment of a product fit with a user's taste." The peripheral device had a problem that users don't buy peripheral device if they don't understand that usage. Therefore, we proposed "VARCO Cafe'" that has an experience booth and cafe. As a result, various persons could buy the peripheral device, after they drop in freely, get to know how to use it and actually experience.
