Design for Delivery Planter Service Using a Medium-Agent Function

Abstract

This research is research on practical use of the design process of a medium agent function while elderly people cure in an institution with a flower and the production of environment with which it can touch green and aim at improvement in the quality (QOL) of their life through consideration of an effect etc. As a trial of a concrete design process, the case study of delivery planter service was performed for expansion of the horticulture activity in an institution, and spread. Then, the result of the activity of an NPO organization is caught and it aims at development of the business model which employed the design process efficiently.
