Abstract
This research is focused on maximizing teacher's capability to build better circumstances for information-oriented education and solving problems on student control caused by the fall of educational authority. Also it lays emphasis on both humanity and students' records by forming small network, linking teachers, students and parents of the students. Its purpose is to control students' personal affairs, grades, attendance, health condition, home life and companions collectively at one time based on basic function of existing rool book. Existing rool book can administrate schedules, attendances and short memo, but additional documents such as cumulative records or health records are needed to perform extra works. It's becoming inadequate method to catch up with students' quick growing speed as its timing is set based on year or term unit. In addition to that, as for students' control, checking students' circumstances are possible only on special occasion as the role is divided between teachers in school and parents at home, so intercommunication among them can't be done enough.
