The possibility of the craft resource use of Miao and Dong minority in Guizhou province, China.

Abstract

Guizhou is located in the Chinese southwest part, and the 49 minority lives. This province is economically a poverty area, and the income of one year is 1/10 of Shanghais. The author investigated the current state of the craft resource, and examined the possibility in the future. Weaving, dying, and embroidery are crafts with the feature. The skill has the one succeeded from mother to child as a design of this family and the one that changes in quality in sightseeing.
