A Study on the Method for Evaluation of Town Planning

Abstract

This study discusses the evaluation to the town planning on which it is working in various places of Japan, and aims to propose the new evaluation method. When the evaluation to the town planning was examined, the point of various evaluations was obtained. They were able to be classified into three kinds. The first is a "purpose and a content". The second is "method and posture". And, the third is "an effect and a result". In the evaluation to the town planning in recent years, it is thought that it is effective with these three kinds of aspects.
