Abstract
As for environmental considerations of the Tokai University Shonan campus, the creation of "elbowroom environment" that only "Suburbs type campus" makes possible becomes a requirement. It was necessary to show a strategic, physical plan to attempt a new formation of this campus amenity clearly. To show the image plan of performance target and the phased maintenance plan, it proposed "a communications environmental zone". This is the one that facilities and the space that lay scattered connect from respect and respect the crowd and between, set from the line and the line, and were planned from the point to the center part in the campus.
