Research of User Experience Map which caught various viewpoints.

Abstract

It is research of User Experience Map which has grasped a user's experience on the time-axis and expressed it intelligibly like information graphics. While diversification of a user's feeling of value or media is progressing, it is necessary to grasp simultaneously not only a one user's experience but two or more user experiences. In proposing a higher quality User Experience design, a complicated situation is caught from various viewpoints, and it is expressed by User Experience Map how the experience has influenced a user's joy. A hypothesis and verification are repeated and the above is studied.
