Abstract

When we take medicine, sometimes we cause a trouble, such as forgetting or failure. To consider this problem, the author thought that it was necessary to investigate the understanding degree of a information. So the author researched on the user's reaction to information about taking medicine by using clustering analysis. As a result, five clusters appeared in the user’s group. And the author found some patterns that cause a trouble on taking medicine.
