Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study the design process for the tools adjusted to community activities. This research has three steps and, I have repeated the steps 3 times. In the first step, I extracted the requirements of the tools which supports information sharing of a local community. In the second step, I developed a tool according to the requirement of users. In the third step, I got the user to use the tool, and I redesigned of the tool based on the opinion of users. As a result, the design process in this research requires the following three main points. The first point is to develop the prototype of tools which are equal to user's use. The second point is to redesign the prototype of the tools based on the user's evaluation. The third point is to expand the design range from the designing tools to user's activity.
