The Development of Service Sketch Tool while Applying Visual Language

Abstract

This paper discusses a case study in the development of a thinking tool for service design .We developed a tangible tool while applying visual language in parts of the tool, for example speech balloons in manga .This tool distributed via our website and it can be downloaded as a PDF document. First, we tested this tool in a design project titled, "Service at Foreign Restaurants born from Cultural Resources" As a result, it was implied this was useful as thinking support tool for service to design students.
