Design of the next generation of light using LED and ceramics

Abstract

This study examines the future state of a light which uses ceramics and Light-Emitting Diode (LED). As an environment-friendly light source, LED brought a great improvement into our life such as high-performance and low-pricing. However, I consider that people are asking for the affective light which touches a person's heart.This study does not aim for either a rational or useful light, but a light which offers comfortable and friendly atmosphere. The study also proposes that a light to enjoy the darkness by using soft lights reflecting ceramics.
