Abstract

In this research, the actual condition is clarified based on interview investigation about the migration performed by Kansai township of the north Hakka village since Japanese occupation era to the postwar. As a result, not only clarifying the originality of the ethnic group, but the once Taiwan Hakka ethnic group how and what kind of life and harmonizes with nature and the climate under the background, daily life such as field labor, was performed by its power, and through the investigation develop what was like "Hakka Food" which is an daily diet-habits form was.
