Abstract
We considered about the design development case of electric fan in SANYO Electric co.,Ltd. at the Showa latter period. The shape of the electric fan of each company had almost become same, so SANYO Electric co.,Ltd. kept adopted the differentiation strategy which used the keyword "personal" and "floor life". Since the circulation effect was excellent, "the magic turn" was evaluated highly. At the same time, they tried to achieve making of the fan compact and reproduction of natural wind. These functions looked like the technology of the other companies.
