Abstract
In Japan, children are using computer actively at elementary school. There are learn how to use e-mail and Internet based search. However, mail user agent and Web browser that used in these classes are not suitable for child use. Specifically, there are unnecessary many menu items for children. Moreover, the menu text contains many difficult characters ‘Kanji’. We have developed mail user agent that can translate text to pictorial symbol in real time. In addition, we changed writing on the menu to easy wording from difficult wording. We removed unwanted items and decreased number of menu items from a mail user agent and a web browser.
