Abstract
This research tried to catch the relationship of commercial equipment user experience (UX) and product evaluation for the laser printer user using analysis by the Grounded Theory Approach. The 49 categories constitute the relationship of commercial equipment UX in real use environment and product evaluation, and four experience patterns (main use experience, error experience, sub use experience, external factor experience) were found out. The hypothetical model that expressed the relationship of commercial equipment UX in real use environment and product evaluation from the time-dependent change viewpoint was generated.
