Abstract
How to design User Experience is a major challenge for software development. User Experience denotes a sum of experience and satisfaction the user senses when using a product or a service. This paper describes what roles User Experience Design Workshops play in collaboration between designers and engineers within a development team as well as in training new members of the team.
