Abstract

We have started a Next-generation airport project, which demonstrates a future vision for the airport in order to provide the user friendly information service by the Design approach method.
The project consisted of engineers and sales persons as well as a designer and a researcher, which enabled the cross-sectional ormation.
As a result, we produced several solutions not only for the development system of existing business but also for the new business field.
