Abstract
The regional theater in Omitama-city of Ibaraki Prefecture was studied in order to demonstrate factor analysis on residents’ evaluation during making a regional theater for community by residents’ participation. As results, a satisfaction of residents' participation, a chance of residents' participation, promotion of arts and culture, inheritance of arts and culture, a willingness of community activities, cooperation between residents and local government, a building of own place, social inclusion were extracted by factor analysis. From these findings, these factors should be taken into consideration during making a regional theater for community toward good community building.
