The Role of Lecture by Local Government that Trains People to be Leaders of Local Community

Participation and Fieldwork to "Wagamachi-Gakushu-Koza" in Tama New Town

Abstract

This study clarifys the changes of stakeholders relationship (city officials, facilitators, residents), and how leaders of local community to be. We researched "Wagamachi-Gakushu-Koza" which was hold by Tama city office. As a result, it lead us to these 3 things; 1. According to character of lecture contents, participants  were selected and visualized as participant of the lecture. 2. The network was made by different stakeholders translation. 3.The facilitators translated the position of local government to residents, and translated the position of residents to government each other.
