Abstract
Childhood education of children with visual impairment in Japan aims to master fundamental living behavior and to prolong basic concept formation that combines things, events, actions and words.
In recent years the method of childhood education that began in the Reggio Emilia city of Italy has drawn attention.
In this paper, I would like to think about Reggio Emilia's educational method on the possibility of concept formation in modeling activities aimed to promote voluntary activities of blind children.
