Consider the differences between client’s expectation and local resources

Abstract

Collaborating with Fuji Chamber of Commercial and Industry, we conducted the research of the possibility of tourism resources to utilize the local resources. After the field work at sightseeing facilities and in history preserved areas, it revealed that there was no combination to fulfill both existing sightseeing facilities and users’ expectations. As a result, it can be inferred that the local residents need to initiate producing the services for tourists to experience in future.
