Abstract
The purpose of this study is making policy recommendations to promote the development of "Awa-Ningyo-Joruri", the puppet play, is designated as a national important intangible folk-culture asset.
This study focuses on the "joshi-boom", which is the topic of young women entering unpopularity fields among women has become fashionable with a nickname in recent years.
Based on the result of some explorations, the author designed of policy recommendations consists of 6 methods. It was proposed to Tokushima prefectural government workers, and got a reputation.
