Chime System at the University

Abstract

Add harmony, rhythm, tempo, accent to the current chime. Targeting students and faculty members, we have created a start-up chime that encourages seating before class start, and a closing chime that encourages prevention of excessive class start. The starting chime chose the music that was in the broadcasting time zone, and broadcast as BGM three minutes before class start. The closing chime sounded a timepiece before employment, so that the timing of the end of the lesson was made to be known in advance.
