Abstract
In this survey, We clarify the real problem that the site holds based on structured problems in nursing care facilities. And explore the factors of the effective method in the recording system. As a result, we found it important to care with common recognition for users' independence. Through observation, it was found that the structure of the facility building greatly affected the efficiency of work and recording. For these reasons, we believe that it is necessary to develop a system that makes use of records for care and for education in developing the recording system. And it can be thought that it can be made more efficient by the location of equipment installation.
