Abstract
We aim to refine reviews on the Internet and improve the reliability as a source of information on reviews. We have mede a questionnaire survey and a customer journey map to grasp the usage situation of reviews and motivation, awareness, emotion. This time, we did text mining reviews. We examined what is being written and how to act as an information source. The subject of the review was Tsukurepo of the cook pad. As a result, it was thought that examples of improvement of recipes and reviews written with applications are received as useful information for the next user. Also, differences in consciousness and difference in how to receive reviews were born. Therefore, unification of consciousness was required.
