Abstract
I tentatively started to study relationship between mind and body change like body motion or posture from the first person's view approach. Here, I discussed verbal descriptions of practice by the trainer and the practitioner (the author) during qi gong exercise for two years. Comparing of recorded videos before and after two years practice, upper part of body increased more upright after practice than before. Moreover, it is noted that once the practitioner found his original visual imagination, body motion was more fluently and two somatic senses evolved. It is suggested that visual imagination enhances body and external perception and body movements in qi gong.
