A Design of an Exhibition Updating System with a Co-creation with Local Community

Abstract

We designed Disaster Prevention Information Corner in Yamashita Regional Exchange Center. This concept of the exhibition is “an exhibition updating with local community.” The purpose of this study is to evaluate the exhibition by user (=local community), and to make the arrival point and the problem point clear. We planned twice of workshop focused two features of this exhibition ①to be able to replace exhibition poster as you will ②to be able to add a new poster easily. As a result, we found out that the whole can be maintained even if local community updates the exhibition, the cost to update exhibition is low, the participation in a workshop leads to motivation.
