Abstract
Information on printed matter can be roughly divided into text information and image information. And the text typeface also has a culturally significant significance. The National Printing Bureau has long used a special typeface that plays the role of promulgating laws and regulations. Its typeface has played an important role as official typeface which conveys messages to citizens. In this research, we describe the history of the official typeface of the "Official Gazette".
