The proposal of a new bee hive for honey bees

Abstract

In recent years, the beekeeping has diversified, but the Langstrass bee hive, which is the most used in the world, has not undergone significant evolution in design since it was invented in 1851. In this study, I researched problem and needs of beekeeping. And I extracted the function and design requirement of bee hives from the structural model. I developed ideas from that, Finally, I made new bee hives which are focus on the efficiency and manageability of the work of beekeepers using the Langstrass beekeeping frame.
