The structure of industry and society is changing rapidly, and the existence of law is also in need of change. However, while the law remains the cornerstone of all activities in the rule of law state, it remains the preserve of some experts. The purpose of this study is to use design to shape law and vision for everyone.Therefore, we proposed a model that classifies the use of the law into four categories. By using the proposed model, we can understand at what stage the law is being used and create a story.
