Research on the correlation between Good Design Award trends and business performance

Abstract

There is a difference between small and medium-sized companies and large companies in terms of their motivation for applying for the Good Design Award, and it is generally believed that winning the Good Design Award does not contribute to sales in large companies. Therefore, this study will utilize the Good Design Award database and performance data of listed companies to examine whether any relationship can be suggested by the correlation coefficient between changes in performance and the number of awards received.
