Study on Evaluation of the Geographical Attributes of the Shopping District

Abstract

Many pavements of various designs are laid in the city. However, there is currently no conscious definition of design, and although they are essential to the formation of the urban landscape, we are rarely aware of their design, and it is difficult to place importance on them despite the fact that we use them daily as walking spaces. The purpose of this study was to evaluate pavements and spaces that are comfortable for pedestrians in terms of size, impression, and color tone, and to propose the most suitable pavement for each space.
