This study outlines a method evolving from the author's design experience. It delves deeper into exploring others' inner worlds beyond superficial recording. Real-time exploration of thoughts and feelings, depicted through text and visualization, fosters new awareness and reflection. Reflective Documentation emphasizes the essential role of physicality for designers, recognizing its transcendence of verbal and visual bounds. We're initiating prototype production to innovate through physicality, fostering collaboration with emerging designers for universal theory and method advancement.
