Abstract

In the past, problem-solving was public assistance managed by the government. However, there has been a shift towards mutual assistance supported by local communities in recent years, as the limitation of public assistance is pointed out. The study theme is “How might we develop sustainable mutual assistance mechanisms using service design?”. The researchers intend to conduct action research for parenting and learning systems in projects by designing services based on mutual assistance using third places, which are thought to be conducive to spreading mutual assistance. Using ACIP models such as actor, circles interface, and project, they aim to support by accompanying them, as anyone can feel free to drop in.
