Abstract

This research proposal aims to study character design representing Manchu ethnic culture during the Qing Dynasty in China. By leveraging modern media and design techniques, the project seeks to revitalize traditional culture, particularly focusing on the Northeast region's historical heritage. Through research and innovative design approaches, the goal is to create visually compelling characters that resonate with contemporary audiences while honoring the rich cultural legacy of the Manchu people.
