Abstract
In this paper, we propose a musical interface that automatically deforms its shape in response to the user's desired playing method (technique). Although many musical instruments have been developed for non-skilled musicians, the interface design of these instruments has been left to the developers and designers, and the acquisition of knowledge and skills related to the operation of the instrument has been unavoidable. In response to the above situation, this research aims to develop a musical interface that supports performance by changing the shape and performance method in accordance with the body movements, and to create an instrument that allows the performer to choose the performance method independently.
