Abstract
The purpose of this study was to clarify the effects of the 360-degree swaying chair, which can be used with and without tilting, on the user during computer work in terms of motion analysis, electromyography, seat pressure, and subjective evaluation. The results suggest that there is a difference in muscle activity and little difference in sitting comfort between the 360-degree swaying chair and a general office chair, and that the effect on muscle activity varies depending on the sitting posture of the 360-degree swaying chair.
