Abstract
Surveys revealed the health, lifestyle, and support needs of menopausal women—highlighting a lack of reliable information, limited access to care, and inadequate psychological support. Utilizing the persona “Misaki Tanaka” and a customer journey map, we gained insights into their user experience. Based on these findings, we propose “Menophere,” a platform that manages services in four phases—information gathering, consultation access, a one-stop medical experience, and psychological support—aiming to improve quality of life and establish a sustainable business model.
