Element Extraction to Express Déjà vu of a Place

Abstract

If déjà vu, a universal phenomenon, can be expressed visually, it will be possible to create new design expressions. Therefore, the objective of this study was to reproduce a typical scene, which is one element of déjà vu in a place, using image-generating AI.

As a result, generally recognized images of the scene could be generated. The results of this study may lead to the reproduction of déjà vu.
