Abstract

This study explored the impact of dynamic visualization on junior high school students' intrinsic motivation and learning outcomes, particularly in understanding complex scientific concepts like natural selection and ecosystems. The experimental group using dynamic visualization (animations, interactive simulations, real-time feedback) showed significantly higher post-test scores and improved understanding. Additionally, dynamic visualization increased intrinsic motivation, enhancing participation and interest. However, excessive visual stimulation caused cognitive overload, suggesting the need for a balanced teaching approach. This research provides valuable insights for designing effective science education that fosters motivation and improves learning outcomes.
