User Evaluation of Drone Experiment in Chichibu

Abstract

This report introduces a drone-based photography service that offers tourists dynamic aerial videos. While smartphone selfies have reduced demand for traditional photography, drone-captured perspectives are gaining popularity. A prototype system using the Parrot ANAFI AI was tested in Chichibu, where tourist trials and surveys assessed its effectiveness. Participants enjoyed the unique viewpoints but highlighted areas for improvement, such as subject composition and multi-angle shooting. Based on these findings, future development will focus on enhancing user experience and expanding the service.
