Designing a System for Multi-Stakeholder Co-Creation

The value of exploring through dialogue and visualization

Abstract

This paper reports on a joint research project between a human resources company and a university, aiming to help seniors connect with society and realize their potential in an aging society. Through web research, the authors identified three senior groups: "active seniors," "defensive seniors," and a middle group, "pre-active seniors." Interviews with five individuals clarified their concerns, challenges, and motivations. Based on these insights, a digital service was designed to foster community support, encourage engagement, and promote co-creation among seniors, young people, and businesses. The study highlights the importance of expert consultations, collaborative discussions, and thorough field verification.
