Abstract
In this era of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) every signatory country of this global agenda is trying to fulfill all the requirements through innovative policies and implementation strategies. According to The Belgrade Charter (1975), Environmental Education (EE) is the most effective way to develop a world inhabitants with proper awareness and concerned towards every environmental aspect and related problems which produce positive attitudes, increase knowledge, motivations and skills to become more committed to the solution of the present problem and preclusion of upcoming ones. Bangladesh as one the committed country of the SDGs is trying to ensure all the goals by 2030 through education with special attention to EE. The main objective of this study was to find out the relationship between EE and SDGs through careful investigation of the Primary Science Textbook (PST) in Bangladesh. It was found that that there is an infirm presence of EE related contents in PST to fulfill the requirements of SGDs. Also, there are a lot of repeated content and the relationship between and among them in different grades is not logical.
