Abstract
Researchers began to argue about School Social Work from various angles, and the municipality which is actually going to carry out in administration has appeared. However, the specialty nature of welfare is not still established. And neither the difference from school counselor, nor the difference from social worker in Child Guidance Center of the same welfare is necessarily clear. I put practical use of administration into a view, and think that it is necessary to check again the social welfare essence theory as school social work, or to reexamine the peculiar nature of social welfare.
From the practice of School Social Work in Osaka, in this paper, I’ll show that the economical problem in a background is a large thing, consider School Social Work from the view of the poverty and welfare needs by which forcing was seldom carried out until now. Then, I’ll show worker’s role which is different from a school counselor and an social worker in Child Guidance Center of the same welfare in comparison with actual date. Furthermore, I’ll argue about how to construct and how to train from examples, and I’ll raise subject about future School Social Work construction.
