This research focuses on the low compliance rate of stoppages at an entrance of parking facilities stipulated by the Road Traffic Act. It is examined the impact of increased stoppage rate at an entrance of parking facilities to the traffic flows if autonomous vehicles were socialized. The survey was conducted to reveal the most of the vehicles were passing slowly at present, while the number of temporary stops when there are no pedestrians was low at entrances and exits of many parking facilities. In addition to the result of a micro-traffic flow simulation, it is clear that increasing autonomous vehicles caused improving the stoppage ratio and increasing the passing time of straight on the surfaced roads. In addition, the pedestrian traffic volumes were also affected to the delay time of traffic flows. Therefore, it is necessary to implement a traffic assessment at the entrance and exit of the parking facilities.
